  • EU Customers: If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

  • Return Approval Timeframe: Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email within 3–5 business days stating whether your return has been approved.

  • Return Shipping Labels: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Return Address Disclosure: Once your return is approved, we will send the return shipping address via email.

  • Return Condition Requirements: We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use unrelated to shipping issues.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If further issues arise, feel free to contact us directly.
